Simple: One implant size (8x10x25mm) made of structural allograft bone (cortical femoral shaft) and shaped for easy posterior insertion into the SI joint.
Reproducible: PsiF allows for a familiar prone patient position and identifiable landmarks for initial incision. Once down to the SI joint, the instrumentation helps provide consistent posterior implant placement into the SI joint.
Flexible: PsiF allows for variable implant placement based on patient's pathology.
